At this point, it's pretty silly to go to the US Consulate to protest for Khadr's transfer to Canada... I mean if Canada ASKED for him, they would probably send him back here. So while the U.S. is pretty bad in this case, we can do better than this.
I hear that this protest was also going down to CSIS HQ or something, which also puzzled me. CSIS interrogated him, but so what? They don't have much of a say in his patriation.
Does Stephen Harper have an office in Toronto? Flaherty does, although that might be related to the fact that he's finance minister... But still. The protest should have been targeting Harper, not the U.S. It's too easy to target the U.S.
