I think a lot about diet and exercise and focus on other things that “exercise” your brain fixing it, but that doesn’t change that in a school environment, others can learn and I couldn’t a lot of the time. Even before whatever has been fucked up in my brain.

Oh, I definitely think it's a real thing. I'm just highly distractible as an adult in a way that I wasn't in school, when there were fewer distractions.
