Also, seaya, I see what you mean about the standardized tests. I think I may need to burn a copy to show to all of the other teachers I know, because that was probably the most astute commentary on the public school system I've seen in I don't know how long.

Really, really gripping TV. I mean, I am rather irked at the whole Bury Your Gays thing (we're going to pretend that my reaction to this is because it reinforces a heteronormative discourse or something), but damn if this isn't some amazing writing.

(Even if the Abrupt Genre Shift this season gave me whiplash. Didn't last season start with a guy with a blowfish for a head and Spike and Captain Jack beating each other up and then making out?)
